Incredible wrestlers don’t collide, crash or smash their way through matches - they glide, soar and slide. The one key word that describes this quality most eloquently is Flow. But flow is not just a physical state, it’s a mental state too.

A state of complete immersion in an activity, where you’re so associated into the moment that you forget about every other thing and find yourself in the ‘zone’.

For me, flow states often come in the matches where my body and mind are completely in tune with one another, where time slows down and I see high risk movements in slow motion. So the million dollar question is, how is it possible to acquire this state of physical and mental flow?

This session will explore in detail the mental attributes that become available to wrestlers when they plan and perform from a state of flow. Creativity, dexterity, agility, timing, improved memory, increased speed in decision making and an ability to avoid becoming injured even if things go wrong.

Using movement sequences and meditation techniques, I’ll show you how to build a pathway towards learning how to access this state. Expect a physically and mentally intense session designed to push you to your limits.
