The extreme physicality of wrestling can take it’s toll on the body. Over the years, the injuries and accidents can leave us with an ever growing list of war wounds, scars, broken limbs, damaged ligaments, and endless aches and pains. Few wrestlers make it past the end of their twenties in one piece.

But what if we could learn to see pain as a teacher and friend, rather than an enemy to be avoided.

This introduction to pre-hab, will help you to build a ‘personal pain map’, allowing you to gain a deeper understanding of where your aches and injuries are coming from, based on locating the source of your body’s underlying physical weaknesses.

Working with, rather than against the body’s existing aches, pains & muscular restrictions, you’ll learn how to identify and respond to your unique physiological & injury rehabilitation needs.

Pain is a fascinating and beautifully complex topic in which the truth often defies our common-sense intuitions.

In the context of wrestling, longevity is key. By taking time to create awareness our bodies, map and work with our physical restrictions; we are able to achieve new skills and unlock potential that was previously unavailable to us.
