British wrestling has been rocked in recent months by the Speaking Out Movement and associated allegations of sexual misconduct.
In response, i’m heartened to announce that a group of cross-party MPs have launched the first ever inquiry into British Professional Wrestling.

Incredible wrestlers don’t collide, crash or smash their way through matches - they glide, soar and slide. The one key word that describes this quality most eloquently is Flow. But flow is not just a physical state, it’s a mental state too.
The extreme physicality of wrestling can take it’s toll on the body. Over the years, the injuries and accidents can leave us with an ever growing list of war wounds, scars, broken limbs, damaged ligaments, and endless aches and pains. Few wrestlers make it past the end of their twenties in one piece.
Professional Wrestling is a performance art which relies on collaboration and partner work to create compelling depictions of violence. Key to excellence in execution is an understanding of the art forms historical roots - from Greco-Roman wrestling to the modern style we know today.
Wrestling is a performance art like no other. Great wrestlers require the strength & body control of gymnasts, the mental acuity of martial artists, the graceful footwork of dancers and the improvisational skills of stand-up comedians.
In this first session, you’ll learn how to better work with other wrestlers by developing essential skills in non-verbal communication.
